DATE : 15 JANUARY 2020 P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant has approached under the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal.

The Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

An Application is taken out by the Applicant for release of the Bank Guarantee furnished by the Appellant 1/2

13 cexa 1-10.doc pursuant to the Interim Order passed in this Appeal on 22 June 2010. The Appellant states that the amount which is locked in this Bank Guarantee is required to be withdrawn in terms of the Scheme to enable the Applicant to pay the dues. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the Application, it is no longer necessary to continue the Bank Guarantee. Therefore, the Bank Guarantee furnished by the Appellant be released.
