The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the term of the Managing Committee is over, elections are not being held. Petition, therefore, can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 to appoint an independent Returning Officer to hold elections, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of three months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
