On 09-02-2015, this Court passed the following order : "The above Company Petition is admitted by an order dated 1202-2014. The Petitioner has not advertised the admission of the above Company Petition since the claim of the Petitioner is settled by the Respondent. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner now seeks to withdraw the above Petition. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Petitioner shall advertise the withdrawal of the Company Petition in Free Press Journal ( in English) and Navshakti ( in Marathi) both Mumbai Edition, and invite claims from the workers/creditors of the Company, if any. In the said advertisements, it shall be stated that the Petition was admitted on 12-02-2014, but the admission of the Petition was not advertised due to the Respondent having settled the claim of the Petitioner, the Petitioner is therefore, desirous of ssp 1/2

cp 461 of 2013 (907).sxw withdrawing the above Company Petition and the Petition is now placed on board before this Court on 23-02-2015 for withdrawal. Stand over to 23-02-2015".

Pursuant thereto, the withdrawal of the above Company Petition has been advertised and claims have been invited from the workers/creditors of the Company. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner informs the Court that no claims have been received pursuant to the said advertisements and an Affidavit to this effect has been filed by the Advocate for the Petitioner. The statement is accepted. In view thereof, the above Company Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
