Ms. Lobo, counsel for petitioner states that National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has in CP(IB)1752/MB/2017 by an order pronounced on 31st August 2018 admitted the petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 against respondent company and from that date moratorium has begun. Ms. Lobo seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach National Company Law Tribunal. Petition disposed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought. All interim applications also stand disposed.
