Inasmuch as the Petitioners have already filed Miscellaneous Appeal No.63 of 2018 before the DRAT against the order of the DRT dated 25th July, 2018 which arises from an interim order of the Recovery Officer and since the Petitioners have been dispossessed from the premises in question on 23rd May, 2018, in the interest of justice, we direct the DRAT to decide the Miscellaneous Appeal No.63 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from today. 2.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
