It is not disputed by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Central Government employee. In view thereof, any grievance that the petitioner may have with regard to continuation of the order of suspension in a manner not authorised by law may be raised before the Central Administrative Tribunal (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) for grant of appropriate relief. 2.

The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 3.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the Tribunal in accordance with law.

All contentions are left open.
