Perused the prayer clause (a) which is a prayer for substantive relief. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that show cause notice has been issued to the Respondent No.5 on 13th April, 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5 states that he has not received the show cause notice. In any event, in the light of the show cause notice dated 13th April, 2018, a copy of which is taken on record, now it is not necessary to entertain this Petition.

Accordingly the Petition is disposed of.

The show cause notice be decided as expeditiously as possible.
