CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

20th April 2016 PC:- 1.

The parties have settled their disputes. Consent Terms are drawn up. These are signed by the Petitioner and both Respondents, all of whom are present in Court and who are identified by their respective Advocates.

2.

The terms of the settlement are not only fair and reasonable, but they have been subject of considerable discussion in Court on previous occasions as well. The Consent Terms correctly reflect the understanding previously arrived at in Court. I am satisfied that the parties have signed these Consent Terms on their own volition and

904-MPT78-15.DOC that they reflect their consent freely given. The Consent Terms are not contrary to law.
