For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, it is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 2.

It is clarified that in the arbitration that is pending, despite this order of amendment, both L&T Finance and Kotak Mahindra Bank will continue to be represented. As matters currently stand, both are parties before the learned sole Arbitrator. That situation is 4th March 2020
