By an order dated 25th August 2016, SJ Kathawalla J directed the Section 17 application before the sole Arbitrator appointed to be completed within eight weeks. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support of this Chamber Summons, that could not be done.

At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant in arbitration, time to complete the Section 17 proceedings is extended by a further period of eight weeks from today. 24th March 2017
