The learned Advocates appearing in the above three writ petitions have tendered draft amendments. They seek amend the writ petitions in terms of draft amendments. The draft amendments are taken on record and marked "X, X-1 and X-2" respectively, for identifcation. The Advocates for the Petitioners are allowed to amend the above petitions in terms of the draft amendments marked "X, X-1, X-2". Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverifcation is dispensed with.
