On hearing the parties we are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the departmental appeal by the petitioner dated 3rd June, 2015 against the order of dismissal dated 3rd March, 2015 is still pending in respect of repeated further representation / reminder made by the petitioner. Therefore, by keeping all points open we are inclined to dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent to decide the appeal in accordance with law within six weeks. 2.

The present petition is disposed of. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
