They submit that the Minutes be taken on record and the above Petition be disposed of in terms of the said Minutes. The Minutes are signed by the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The Minutes are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. Order in terms of the Minutes, marked 'X' . The Court Receiver is directed to forthwith i.e. in the course of the day, hand over the business premises to the Petitioner to enable the Petitioner to start his business from 8th April, 2016 being an auspicious day. The Court Receiver shall continue to be in symbolic possession of the Suit premises.
