3. Heard Mr. Savant, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Ms. Rachure, learned Advocate for Defendant No.1.

4. On 09.02.2023 this Court has disposed of Suit No. 143 of 2022 in view of the Consent Terms filed by the parties.

5. Mr. Savant would submit that the Plaintiff requires extension of time in respect of certain obligations to be complied with as per the Consent Terms. He has suggested and requested the Court to permit extension of time from 17.04.2023 to 21.04.2023 and 24.04.2023 to 27.04.2023 in respect of the timeline stated in paragraph Nos. 6,7 and 11 of the Consent Terms.

6. Ms. Rachure after taking instructions from the Defendants has consented to the extension of the said timeline as requested by Mr. Savant. In view thereof, the dates appearing in paragraph Nos. 6, 7 and 11 namely 17.04.2023 shall stand substituted by 21.04.2023 and the date 24.04.2023 shall stand substituted by 27.04.2023 in the said paragraphs.

7. So also listing of the Suit for reporting compliance as per order dated 09.02.2023 shall stand extended to 27.04.2023 at 2:30 p.m.

8. The present order shall be read along with order dated 09.04.2023.

9. Praecipe stands disposed.
