The Company Appeal challenges an interlocutory order passed by Company Law Board (CLB) allowing the amendment application of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. It is agreed between the parties that this appeal can be disposed of by directing the CLB to keep all issues concerning the merits of the amended written statement of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 open. The Appellant shall be entitled to file such further rejoinder in the pending Company Petition as he may deem fit.
