The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition when it is pointed out that he is seeking relief against respondent No.2 who is a private party and no writ can be issued under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the private party. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
