The prayers in Petition are restricted to the salary of the petitioner which according to him has not received from the period between July, 1998 to September, 1999. By an interim order dated 12th January, 2000, this Court has directed the Respondents to pay to the petitioner his salary for the period between 6th July, 1998 to 31st July, 1999 within a period of four 1/2
