By an order dated 6th December, 2018 this Court by consent of parties had appointed Mr. Cyrus Bharucha, an advocate of this Court as a Sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes in the arbitration proceedings which were already pending. This was necessitated because the earlier Arbitrator had recused himself from the arbitration proceedings. The time to complete the arbitration proceeding was also extended by consent of parties for a period of one year from 6th December, 2018.
