The ad-interim order dated 16th March 2016 was corrected as to certain typographical errors on 18th March 2016. That order has continued till date. It has not been recalled or set aside in Appeal. Although the Defendants are present, there is no Affidavit in Reply. 4.
For the reasons set out in the order dated 16th March 2016 as corrected on 18th March 2016, that order is confirmed as a final order on this Notice of Motion, which is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There will be no order as to costs. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 19th September 2016
