Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the controversy in this suit has been resolved by consent of the parties. It is submitted that the agreement containing such settlement is executed between the parties as of 27 July 2017. Learned Counsel submits that in view of this agreement, nothing survives in the present Commercial Suit. Learned Counsel, accordingly, tender Minutes of Order duly signed by the Advocates of the parties.
