By an order dated 7th January, 2015, the above Petition has been admitted and directed to be advertised. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner undertakes to file the Affidavit proving publication on or before 9th February, 2015. The undertaking is accepted. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Company on instructions states that all assets of the Respondent Company have been taken over by the Secured Creditors under the SARFAESI Act and the Respondent Company is unable to pay its debt and may therefore be wound up. Hence, the following order :

The above Company Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

Nitin 927-CP-347-2013 "(a) That the above named Company the Volgadelite Plastic Udyog Private Limited be wound up by an order of this Hon'ble Court under the provisions of the Companies Act. (b) That the Official Liquidator be appointed as Liquidator of the Company to take charge of the assets, books of accounts and properties of the Companies with all powers under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956".
