The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- (a) That this Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and/ or direction whereby directing Respondents to comply and adhere to the Order dated 10 th April, 2014 being Exh.5 and thereby directing the Respondents to refund the excess amounts paid by the Petitioner in respect of the property to the Respondents as property tax for the period from 1 st April, 2007 till 31 st March, 2010.
