Since the record and papers in this writ petition were not traceable in the office, we had directed the petitioner to supply the true copies of the pleading of the parties and the impugned order to the Registry though none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 12.10.2017. Though the petitioner or his counsel was not present on that date, we had directed the petitioner to supply the true copies of the pleadings of the parties and the impugned order within four weeks with a hope that the petitioner may by due diligence notice the said order on the High Court website. However, none appears for the petitioner today. In the absence of the petitioner or his counsel on the two dates of hearing and in the absence of the record and proceedings, it would not be possible for this Court to decide this writ petition. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
