The learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties have no objection if this writ petition is disposed of by directing the CEO of SRA [Respondent No.6] to comply with the order dated 10th February 2015 passed by the High Powered Committee [for short "HPC"]. In that view of the matter, we allow this writ petition in terms of prayer clause (a). Consequently, Respondent No.6 is directed to comply with the order of the HPC dated 10th February 2015 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.6 shall decide the matter patilsr 1 / 2
referred to him by the HPC in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of being heard to all concerned. Copy of the inspection report carried out by the Structural Engineer, IIT Bombay shall be given to all concerned well in advance.
