Pursuant to an order dated 25th October, 2018 passed by this Court, the learned prospective arbitrator Shri Justice J. P. Devdhar, a former Judge of this Court has filed the statement of disclosure dated 30th October, 2018. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted.

Shri Justice J. P. Devdhar (Retired) is appointed as a sole arbitrator in this matter. The fees and expenses of the learned prospective arbitrator shall be borne by both the parties equally at the first instance.
