DATE: 6th FEBRUARY, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Parties agree that insofar as reinstatement of the Petitioner is concerned, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives since the Petitioner has been reinstated. The arrears of salary also have been paid to the Petitioner.

2] The only grievance now is with regard to the contention of the Petitioner that she is entitled to interest and also promotional payscale on account of completion of 24 years of service. Petitioner is at 1/2

If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of making the representation. 3] Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
