The Suit itself is settled. I must, however, note that the 1st Defendant is now appearing in person. She was earlier represented through M/s. Hariani & Co. At her request, M/s. Hariani & Co., stand discharged as Advocates for the 1st Defendant.

The 1st Defendant is personally present in Court. She confirms, in response to a question I put to her, that she has seen the consent terms that are now handed in, has understood these and has signed these of her own volition.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is decreed in accordance with the consent terms. Refund of court fee in accordance with the Rules. 5.

Drawn up decree is dispensed with.

The Notice of Motion, therefore, does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
