Accepted. Since the Consent Affidavits of all the other heirs are on record, proclamation dispensed with. The Petition made returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal. 2.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of her husband, Arun Vilas Borude, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 10th January 2016. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

During his lifetime the deceased lived at 1176/2, Giridhar Tambe Nagar, Korba Mithagar, Behind Bauddha Mandir Vihar, Wadala (E), Mumbai 400 037.

The deceased was survived by the Petitioner, his widow; his mother, and three sons. The mother and the three sons have given their no objection and have filed Consent Affidavits at pages 22 to 29 of the Petition.

During his lifetime the deceased worked with MCGM in Ward-E.

The Petitioner has approached the MCGM for employment on compassionate grounds for her son, Nitin, one of the heirs and to collect the provident fund and dues of approximately Rs.1 lakh. 7.

There is no impediment to the grant of relief. No other Petition for probate, letters of administration with or without will annexed, succession certificate or heirship certificate, has been filed. 8.

The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of all the legal heirs mentioned in the Petition. 9.

Heirship Certificate be issued expeditiously.
