2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff-decree holder points out that there are six chamber summons listed in the cause title all of which seek raising of attachment.
3. In view of the withdrawal of the Execution Application, the learned counsel submits that the attachment may be raised since he has received the entire decretal sum decreed to marked satisfied. Accordingly, Chamber Summons no.795 of 2010 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
4. Chamber Summons is disposed in the above terms.
