Heard learned counsel for the applicant (original petitioner). 2.

This Court granted probate on 20.07.2017 in the uncontested testamentary petition for grant of probate. After the grant was issued, it was realized that in the Schedule filed along with original petition, at item No.2, there was an error in describing the property. Accordingly, the applicant desires to correct the error and to carry out consequential amendments. The proposed amendment is at exhibit-D to the application.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:- "(a) That the amendment be allowed to carry out in the petition at Item No.2 of Schedule I and also in the Grant of Letters of Administration dated 20th July, 2017 at Item No.2 of Schedule of Assets, as per the Schedule marked and exhibited at Exhibit 'D'.

(b) Further to allow to carry out any other consequential amendments arises at the time of carrying out amendment in MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:
