The Suit was disposed of by an order dated 8th July 2016. That order said that the seized goods were to be destroyed by the Court Receiver. It is now agreed between the parties, and this is shown by an endorsement by the Defendants' Advocate on the Plaintiffs' Advocates' praecipe, that the goods will be destroyed by the Defendants themselves. This is to be done within a period of four weeks from today in the presence of the representatives of the Plaintiffs.
