Shri Tripathi states that his client, viz., defendant no.2, who has received certain additional documents just last week and seeks leave to file an additional written statement within two weeks.

Before 21st February 2017, the parties to file their respective affidavit of documents, complete discovery and inspection and also exchange statements of admission and denial with reasons for denial. No further time will be granted because these directions have already been passed on 21st February 2012 by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay.

On the next date, parties to come with agreed draft issues and a separate list of issues on which they are unable to agree.
