Undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the rules. In view thereof the Notice of Motion (L) No. 714 of 2015 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
