The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has sought modification of the order dated 14.10.2021 in the light of non grant of the further relief sought for in the Interim Application which is for dispensation of the consent affidavit of the other legal heirs. She has submitted that the amendment which was permitted to be carried out by order dated 14.10.2021 is only with regard to the number of the building to be corrected and there is no change in the description of the property. 16.IA.2498.21 in TP.290.19.doc Having considered the submission, the order dated 14.10.2021 is modified by granting further relief sought for viz. dispensation of the consent affidavits of the other legal heirs of the deceased.

The time for carrying out amendment as per order dated 14.10.2021 is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of this order.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
