Since the arbitration has already commenced, the above Petition shall be treated as a Petition under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and decided by the learned Arbitrator within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. The Respondents shall maintain status as of today in respect of the mortgaged property for a period of four weeks from today. The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed of.
