We record the statement of learned Counsel for Respondent-Corporation, on instructions from the Officers of Respondent-Corporation who are present in the Court, that upon receiving payment of Rs. 4,06,500/-, the RespondentCorporation shall provide independent water connection to the Petitioner-Society.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is worked out. The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
