As far as the first part is concerned, the learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the said order has been withdrawn. Therefore, the first prayer is worked out. As regard the payment of all the dues which have been withheld on the ground of pendency of disciplinary proceedings is concerned, this is on the merits of the main Writ Petition where the disciplinary enquiry is challenged and this prayer would therefore depend only on the outcome of the Writ Petition.
