By this Chamber Summons, the applicant petitioner no.1 is seeking permission to delete the name of petitioner nos.2 and 3 from cause title in view of subsequent development as they settled the matter with the respondent.
The learned counsel for the respondent have no objection if Chamber Summons is allowed in Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Chamber Summons. Hence, following order is passed:
(A) Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus:
"(a) By an appropriate order of this Hon'ble Court the names of the petitioner nos.2 and 3 be deleted from the above Writ Petition No.2517 of 2008.
(b) By an appropriate order of this Hon'ble Court this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the Writ Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons and delete the names of the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 from record."
(B) Amendment be carried out during the course of the day.
(C) Chamber Summons stand disposed of accordingly.
