Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the appellate authority to decide the petitioner's Appeal No.147 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As regards the compliance of the remand order dated 28.2.2018 passed in Appeal No. 420 of 2018, we direct the respondent no.2 not to proceed with the nilegaonkar 1/2
