Shri Mahajan appearing for applicant states that the company was wound up on 11th June 1998 and his instructions are for the period before the date of winding up, the Managing Director of applicant will file the annual returns of the company (in liquidation) and for the period after the winding up, the official liquidator can file the accounts. Shri Aithe has no objection. Shri Aithe states that applicant may submit the accounts as prepared by Mr.Nihar Mehta and Co. but that is subject to verification by the Chartered Accountant of the official liquidator.

Shri Mahajan states that any charges payable therefor, the Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

Shri Aithe states the proof of claim submitted by applicant will be adjudicated as soon as possible. Shri Mahajan has no objection. Shri Mahajan, therefore, seeks leave to amend the prayers appropriately. Shri Mahajan tenders a copy of the letter dated 23rd July 2018 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Leave to amend granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification dispensed with.
