DATE : 18th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 163 days in filing review petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 strongly opposes this interim application on the ground that delay of 163 days is not sufficiently explained. He also invited my attention to the medical report annexed by the applicant and more particularly at page 24 and

KVM 2/2 6 - IA 599 OF 2020.doc would submit that even according to the report submitted by the applicant, the variation was within the normal limits. 3.

Since this Court has heard the parties in the review petition itself, delay of 163 days in filing review petition is condoned. 4.

Interim application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
