Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The following order is passed by consent:- (i) The order passed by this Court on 13 th February, 2015 is set aside.

(ii) The company shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,38,797/- within a period of three weeks from today.

(iv) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (v) The Company Registrar shall issue advertisements in Free Press Journal (in English) and Navshakti (in Marathi) stating that the order of admission dated 13 th February, 2015 is set aside and the matter shall be placed before the Court on 13 th April, 2015 for admission. The cost of the advertisements shall be borne by the respondent-company.
