Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the order dated 0512-2017 dismissing the above Arbitration Petition is set aside and the Arbitration Petition is restored to file. However, the Advocate for the Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Arbitration Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
