DATED :- JUNE 12, 2015 P.C. :- The only request made in this Writ Petition is that the complaint made by the Petitioner on 5th March, 2012 against Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 be investigated and disposed of by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA). On the earlier occasion, we requested Mr.Reddy appearing for SRA to take instructions. At his request, the matter was posted today for passing orders.
2) Upon taking instructions, Mr. Reddy informs the Court that the Secretary of the Second Respondent will hear all affected parties J.V.Salunke,PA
WP.2107 of 2014.903.doc and pass an order on the complaint made by the Petitioner, copy of which is annexed at page 28 of the paper book. Needless to state that before the complaint is disposed of, the authority shall give prior notice to all parties including the Petitioner and permit them to make submissions. The authority shall also peruse the relevant and necessary record. In the circumstances and when the assurance is given that the complaint would be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, needless to further clarify that when we permit authorities to peruse the relevant record, it would be open for the Petitioner as well to bring to the notice of the authority any material that is germane to the complaint. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
