This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 1 / 2 August 30, 2018

25-NMA-312-18.doc 68 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 29th March 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Milind Gawai, Commissioner Central Tax, Pune-I Commissionerrate dated 7th March 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.

Ms. Ankita Vashishtha, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has no objection if the Motion be allowed.

Accordingly, Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
