Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Petitioner to deposit Rs. 3,85,650/- which is the principle amount as per the earlier notice dated 17th January, 2017 (Exhibit "F") within four weeks. 2.
On such deposit being made, the Tahsildar, Entertainment Tax Department, Andheri shall consider the Petitioner's representation, which the Petitioner undertakes to file within a week from today. The Tahsildar, Entertainment Tax Department, Andheri shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, but in any Vishal Parekar 1/2

Till the Petition is finally decided, no coercive steps be taken by the Tahsildar in regard to the impugned recovery. 4.
The amount to be deposited with the Tahsildar, Entertainment Tax Department, Andheri.

In case the seal is put on the Petitioner's Signal Transmitting Node, the same be removed, on such deposit being made by the Petitioner and his bank account shall also be Defreezed. 6.
All contentions are kept open.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

The Petition is disposed of.
