Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under: - "(a) That the delay of eight days in filed (sic. filing) the Appeal (L) No. 40367 of 2022 be condoned and the Memo of Appeal of the Applicant/Appellant (Orig. Defendant) be taken on record on such terms and conditions and the Appeal be heard on merits." 3.
