Called for directions; however, learned counsel for both the parties state that the plaintiff and defendant no.1 have arrived at a settlement. They tender consent terms signed on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1. Plaintiff and defendant no.1 are represented by their constituted attorneys, who have been identified by the respective Advocates. 2.

Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Suit as between the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 is disposed in terms of the Consent Terms dated 28 th February 2022, taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

(ii) Suit against defendant no.2 also stands disposed. (iii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
