Consent Terms are taken on record, marked 'X' for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The Plaintiff is present before the Court. Defendant No.1, who is also the Constituted Attorney of Defendant No.2, was present before the Master and Assistant Prothonotary (Judl.), before whom these consent terms were signed.

In view of the disposal of the Suit, the Notice of Motion does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
