Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Suits as between the plaintiffs and the defendant no.1 are disposed in terms of the Consent Terms dated 28 th February 2022, respectively, taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

(ii) Suits against defendant no.2 also stand disposed. (iii) Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
